No, the blanket CG 2010 and CG2037 Additional Insured endorsements are included on your Contractors Guard policy at no additional cost.

A Waiver of Subrogation is required in many construction contracts. Subrogation allows your insurance company to take your place and assume your rights and responsibilities. By waiving subrogation, you waive the right of your insurance company to go after the party who is liable for a claim that has been paid out.

Certain construction contracts require you to have a Primary and Noncontributory form in your insurance coverage. This form establishes that the contractor’s insurance will pay before other policies which could potentially cover the claim and without attempting to pursue contribution from other policies which could also be considered as primary.
